Souhou Machida

A member of the Urasenke Tea Ceremony Ibaraki branch Yamaguchi Shachu. Based on the teachings of his master, Muneaki Yamaguchi, he practices and teaches tea ceremony and holds tea ceremonies. He sees the significance and appeal of incorporating tea ceremony into school education, and is exploring the possibility of introducing it as a future issue.

He is committed to further popularizing Japanese tea ceremony culture in order to pass it on to future generations, and is determined to devote his life to tea ceremony, and his activities are highly praised by his master, Mr. Yamaguchi.
